Our Story

Coolbest Aircon was founded in 2005 by Mr Chong, a long-time HVAC contractor who was tired of watching neighbours pay inflated prices for shoddy work. He started with one van, one toolbox, and a simple promise: quote the price honestly, do the job properly, and stand behind the work.

Eighteen years later, we are still based out of Block 540 in Jurong West Avenue 1 — a five-minute drive from Boon Lay, Bukit Batok, and Clementi. The team has grown to six full-time technicians, but the rules have not changed. Every fan-coil is priced before we lift a screwdriver. Every job comes with a written 90-day warranty. And Mr Chong still personally answers WhatsApp messages most days.

What We Do

We service, repair, install, and chemically wash residential air conditioners across all of Singapore — with extra-fast response in the West Region. We work on every major brand sold here: Daikin, Mitsubishi (including Starmex), Panasonic, Toshiba, and LG. Common spares ride in our vans so most repairs are completed in a single visit.

We are not the cheapest aircon company in Singapore — and that is deliberate. We pay our technicians properly, we use real chemical wash equipment, and we replace consumables (filters, drain hoses, capacitors) with genuine parts. The result is aircons that actually stay fixed.
