Most-Asked Questions
How much does aircon servicing cost in Singapore? +
Our flat per-unit pricing starts at S$50 for 1 unit and scales to S$115 for 6 units — published in full on our pricing page. Chemical wash, repair, and installation are quoted per job before work begins.
How often should I service my aircon? +
For most Singapore homes we recommend servicing every 3 months. Heavy-use rooms (bedrooms with 8+ hours daily runtime) benefit from a chemical wash every 12–18 months.
Which aircon brands do you service? +
We service all major brands — Daikin, Mitsubishi (including Starmex), Panasonic, Toshiba, LG, and more. Our technicians carry common spares for same-visit repairs.
Do you offer a warranty? +
Every service is backed by our 90-day workmanship warranty. If the problem we fixed reappears within 90 days, we come back to rectify it at no charge.
How fast can you come? +
For most West Region addresses (Jurong West, Jurong East, Clementi, Bukit Batok, Boon Lay) we offer same-day slots Mon–Sun between 9am and 6pm. Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest response.
How do I book? +

About Pricing
Are there any hidden fees? +
No. The price you see on our pricing page is the price you pay for standard servicing. Any additional work (repair, chemical wash) is quoted and approved by you before we start.
Do prices include GST? +
All listed prices are final amounts payable to Coolbest Aircon. We will confirm the final invoice before any work begins.
Do you offer discounts for recurring servicing? +
Yes — our quarterly servicing customers get priority slot booking and locked-in pricing for the year. Ask for our maintenance contract terms.
About Standard Servicing
What's included in standard aircon servicing? +
Filter cleaning, blower wipe-down, drainage flush, thermostat check, and a refrigerant pressure read for every fan coil.
Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive? +
Just clear a small working space around each unit and let us know if any fan coil is above furniture we should protect.
About Chemical Wash & Overhaul
What's the difference between chemical wash and chemical overhaul? +
A chemical wash cleans the coils, blower, and drain pan while the unit stays mounted. An overhaul dismantles the entire fan coil for a deeper clean and is recommended every 2–3 years or for units that have been unused for long periods.
How long does a chemical overhaul take? +
Typically 2–3 hours per unit depending on size, access, and how much build-up is present.
About Repair & Troubleshooting
Why is my aircon blowing warm air? +
The most common causes are low refrigerant, a dirty filter or evaporator coil, or a failing capacitor. We diagnose all three on the first visit.
Why is water leaking from my aircon? +
Usually a clogged drain pipe or a tilted fan coil. We clear the drain, re-level the unit, and test for overnight condensate.
About New Installation
Can you install in HDB flats? +
Yes — we handle HDB aircon installation including BCA-approved external brackets and the required notifications.
Which brands do you recommend for HDB flats? +
Daikin iSmile, Mitsubishi Starmex, and Panasonic X-Deluxe are our most reliable picks for 3-room to 5-room flats.
About Gas Top-Up
How do I know if my aircon needs a gas top-up? +
Common signs: ice on the pipe, long runtime without cooling, or the unit short-cycling. We pressure-test to confirm before topping up.
Which refrigerants do you handle? +
R32 and R410A — the two used in virtually all Singapore residential aircons.
