For chemical work, repair, and installation — here's where pricing starts.
Strips mould and biofilm from coils and drain pans. No dismantle.
Full dismantle, deep wash, drain re-flush, reassembly with vacuum and pressure test.
On-site diagnosis. Repair quoted upfront — diagnosis fee waived if you proceed.
Refrigerant top-up + leak test. Larger systems quoted by gas weight.
Older R410A systems require slightly higher pricing due to gas cost.
Single split, multi-split, condensate piping, BCA-compliant brackets.

- Cold-air verification at the end (we measure the supply temperature)

What's Not Included
- Travel surcharges — our pricing applies island-wide
- After-hours fees — same prices Mon–Sun, 9am–6pm
- Sales pressure — we won't upsell you on parts you don't need
How Payment Works
Cash, PayNow, and bank transfer accepted. Payment on completion of the job — never up-front for routine servicing. For installations and large overhauls, we ask for a 30% deposit to cover parts ordering, with the balance due on sign-off.
